Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Draft for local preview. Production hosting, processing agreements and commercial terms must be confirmed before public launch.

1. Service and agreements

Peritura provides tools for creating, conducting and analysing research. It is developed by Smart-Kom LLC (ProSpace); contact info@prospace.tech. These draft general terms do not replace a signed customer agreement, order form, data processing agreement or mandatory local rights. Commercial and production use requires the applicable agreements to be finalised.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials secure and grant workspace access only to authorised people. You are responsible for the legality of the research, information given to participants and any permissions required for data you upload. Do not use the service for unlawful research, unauthorised access, malicious content or interference with other customers.

3. Trial and paid plans

New workspaces start with the free Trial plan: 3 studies, 300 completed responses, 1 full-access seat and unlimited viewer seats. Effective allowances and usage are shown in the product. Enterprise pricing is provided on request. Currency, billing country, taxes, payment schedule, activation, cancellation and refunds are agreed in the order or customer agreement; the local preview does not charge a payment card.

4. Customer content and research results

Customer research content remains the customer's content. Service processing is limited to delivering, securing and supporting the agreed service. You are responsible for reviewing research design, inputs and results before making business or other decisions. Service software and branding are not transferred to the customer by use of the platform.

5. Support, termination and governing terms

Support is available at info@prospace.tech. Availability commitments, liability, termination, data return and deletion, governing law and dispute resolution must be specified in the final customer agreement. No choice of law is inferred from your IP address or interface language. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
